Brad is a project finance partner with 14 years' experience advising the world's leading financial institutions, export credit agencies, international sponsors, borrowers, governments and government related entities.

With extensive experience in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Brad is regarded as a commercial and reliable lawyer with expert knowledge of financing transactions executed under English, UAE and Saudi law. He has worked in Dubai, London, Munich and Tokyo. Due to his extensive experience in Europe, the Middle East and Asia and his pragmatic approach, Brad is regarded as a “go-to” senior lawyer by trusted clients and colleagues globally

Recently seconded to Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) in Tokyo for three years, Brad was the sole lawyer advising the Social Infrastructure Finance Department at JBIC on a wide range of projects of global importance.
