Andrew Sneddon
Andrew is the Head of our Tax and Private Wealth department. He provides advice on all aspects of real estate and corporate tax.
Andrew has a diverse range of clients from international real estate funds and high net worth individuals to UK corporates, registered providers and local authorities. He has helped structure and deliver complex and high profile real estate investment projects, including through the use of Islamic Finance techniques. His transactional experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financing transactions.
Andrew is a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group.
