Robyn Engstrom

Robyn specialises in Restructuring and Insolvency, with experience spanning both contentious and non-contentious work. On the contentious side, Robyn has experience across a broad range of insolvency-related litigation, including misfeasance claims, antecedent transaction claims, wrongful trading, director disqualification proceedings, and disputes arising from corporate and personal insolvency processes. She also has experience acting in complex and high-value disputes, including fraud proceedings. Robyn further advises on contractual disputes, including matters of contractual interpretation, breach of contract claims, and disputes relating to the performance of contractual obligations. On the non-contentious side, Robyn advises on a range of insolvency matters including distressed transactions, debt recovery, company restorations and broader restructuring work.
