Eleanor Ronson


Eleanor is a Solicitor in the Real Estate department in our Exeter office.

Eleanor joined the Residential (Private Wealth) team in 2022. Eleanor specialises in residential real estate transactions acting for private individuals, lenders and investors dealing with all aspects of residential sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties on matters including re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations, transfers of part, new build properties and purchases involving help to buy schemes.

Eleanor trained at City law firm Pinsent Masons LLP and prior to joining Trowers worked at an Exeter based law firm specialising in a broad range of often complex and high value residential conveyancing transactions.

Eleanor takes a pragmatic approach to her casework. She is friendly, approachable and works hard to get the best possible outcome for her clients.
