Ed assists in a range of transactional matters across the investment and development sectors, from initial due diligence to post-completion formalities.

Ed has provided support in leasehold management, acquisitions and property-refinancing matters, working primarily with local and national government departments, property management companies and registered providers. Highlights include dealing with the assignment of commercial leases as part of a merger of two housing associations in the South of England.
