Paul Robinson

He brings with him a wealth of experience gained in professional services and also the construction and logistics sectors, in particular around change management, recruitment, reward, employee relations, development and retention of people in both a domestic and international capacity. Paul is particularly keen on increasing access to the profession, particularly through our various early talent initiatives and the use of data to drive decision making. Paul leads a team of 35 staff spread across each of our UK offices. The team has consistently won multiple awards in recognition of its success in the sector.
