Vicki Palmer
Vicki is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team and is based in our Manchester office.
Vicki has market-leading expertise in public sector development, commercial development, residential development and housing and public/private partnerships. She has worked on projects across the UK, acting for both public and private sectors on innovative real estate joint ventures, including both corporate and contractual partnerships.
Vicki is experienced in acting for Local Authorities procuring a development partner, advising not only on property documents but also the regulatory framework which applies to Local Authorities. She has also spent time in-house on secondment to a modular housing developer. Vicki is part of several key client relationship teams and is now particularly keen to increase her profile in the north west via the GM Future Leaders programme which she will be starting this month.
