Working in the firm's private equity team, Sarah-Jane advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on UK private company M&A.
As well as advising on UK private M&A transactions, Sarah-Jane has acted for clients, including portfolio companies whilst under private equity ownership, in the UK and overseas on a range of matters across the corporate and commercial spheres including group reorganisations, commercial agreements and corporate governance and company secretarial issues.
Sarah-Jane has worked for clients in a variety of sectors ranging from retail to telecommunications and has particular experience working for clients in the healthcare and education sectors.
