Katie is an Associate in the dispute resolution and litigation team specialising in commercial disputes and is based in our Manchester office.
Katie acts for private and public sector clients on a variety of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, breaches of directors' duties and restrictive covenants, and professional negligence claims. She has experience of High Court litigation and often utilises alternative dispute resolution procedures with a view to resolving disputes efficiently and cost effectively.
