Katie Parkinson


Katie’s experience includes drafting, advising on and negotiating construction contracts, consultancy agreements, facilities maintenance agreements and ancillary documents across projects of varying size and complexity for contractors, private developers, state government and local government. 

Katie returned to the United Kingdom in late 2023 having spent five years working in the construction and projects team at a law firm, Maddocks, in Melbourne. Prior to moving to Australia, Katie spent 5 years working as a lawyer for a Tier 1 construction law firm in London. In London Katie acted for private developers, pension funds and financiers on residential and commercial developments in and around London.
