Jessamyn Nock
Jessamyn is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate and Commercial department. She is based in our London office.
Jessamyn specialises in commercial contracts, technology and data protection. She advises a broad range of clients - from global brands and well-known national organisations to start-ups - across sectors including retail, technology and manufacturing.
On the commercial side, Jessamyn advises on brand partnerships, manufacturing and supply agreements, and a wide range of day-to-day commercial arrangements. In the technology space, her work covers SaaS agreements, software licensing, IT outsourcing and AI-related legal issues. Jessamyn also has experience in data protection and privacy, advising on UK GDPR compliance, cross-border data transfers, privacy frameworks and policies, and data governance matters. She acts on corporate transactions, including providing commercial due diligence support on M&A deals.
Before joining Trowers & Hamlins, Jessamyn worked in-house as a paralegal at Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
