Jessamyn Nock
Jessamyn is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Corporate and Commercial department. She is based in our London office.
Jessamyn qualified in September 2022 and works on both corporate and commercial matters. This includes M&A transactions and general company law and governance issues as well as a variety of commercial matters including supply contracts, services agreements, and terms and conditions across a range of sectors.
Whilst training at the firm, Jessamyn spent time in the Abu Dhabi office where she worked on company secretarial matters as well as contractual negotiations for procurement tenders. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in-house as a paralegal at Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
