Oksana Maslianko

Before joining Trowers & Hamlins, Oksana worked as a Junior Associate with Corporate / M&A practice in one of the leading law firms in Ukraine.

She advised both Ukrainian and international clients on matters related to setting up business as well as corporate support for companies’ activities in Ukraine, including the development of constitutive documents, organization of general shareholders’ meetings, registration of decisions of management bodies.

She also had experience in advising clients before Ukrainian courts, including the Supreme Court on various matters related to corporate and civil disputes, as well as disputes with state authorities.
