Bilal Mirza
Bilal is an Associate in the international Infrastructure and Real Estate team in our Dubai office.
Bilal joined the firm after previously working within the highly ranked Real Estate team of a Top 30 UK law firm, having qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2020. Bilal initially joined the firm's Bahrain office, and after a period of time relocated to the firm's Dubai office.
He specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate across the GCC, with a particular emphasis on sales and acquisitions, development and project work, community structuring and landlord and tenant matters. During his time with the firm, Bilal has assisted clients on some of the most high-profile and complex projects within Bahrain, such as Bahrain Bay and Diyar Al Muharraq, cross-border transactions in Oman and the UAE, and continues to advise clients on their ongoing property interests throughout the region.
