Harvey Lavis


Harvey is a Paralegal within the Travel, Tourism and Insurance department based in the Exeter office.

Harvey is involved in routine correspondence with clients on a daily basis, helping clients to navigate their way through, and understand, the Personal Injury procedure.

Harvey is involved in numerous foreign jurisdiction matters, acting on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants.

Harvey has a particular interest in claims proceeding within the England & Wales jurisdiction, and is often involved in the issuing of Court proceedings and preparing the relevant Court documentation thereafter.

Harvey has a sound understanding of the Package Travel Regulations, the EU Motor Directives, the Montreal Convention and the Athens Convention, and regularly advises clients in relation to the same.

Harvey is an Associate member (ACILEx) of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).
