Kelly regularly advises clients across a range of sectors on a variety of commercial matters, with a particular specialism in data protection and privacy law. I have experience of drafting B2B and B2C terms and conditions, data processing agreement, data sharing agreements and a range of policies and procedures, completing Data Protection Impact Assessments and lawful bases assessments, supporting our Corporate team with data protection due diligence reports, preparing correspondence to the ICO and providing advice in relation to data subject rights requests, direct marketing communications and international transfers of personal data. I also have experience of acting as an outsourced Deputy Data Protection Officer for a Premier League football club, as well as playing a key role in the outsourced data protection team for a large chemicals and sustainable technologies company.
