Kate advises on a wide range of housing management matters and her clients include a number of Registered Providers of Social Housing.  She has previous experience acting for private individuals having spent 6.5 years as a residential conveyancer and has worked at Trowers since 2020. Kate deals with matters such as Right to Buy/Right to Acquire, voluntary lease extensions, shared ownership transactions including final and interim staircasing, surrenders and regrants of residential properties and buybacks.
