Jessica Johnson

Jessica acts for private and public sector clients on a variety of corporate and commercial disputes, including general contractual disputes, shareholder claims, breaches of directors' duties/restrictive covenants and professional negligence claims. She has experience of High Court litigation and often utilises alternative dispute resolution procedures with a view to resolving disputes efficiently and cost effectively.
