Hannah Chima

She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial transactions, and provides ongoing company secretarial support to a number of clients. Hannah acts for a range of clients including Abu Dhabi government-owned entities, and has developed particular expertise in the technology, media and telecommunications, and healthcare sectors, alongside experience in agriculture and entertainment. Prior to qualifying in 2024, Hannah trained at the firm's London headquarters and gained early experience as a paralegal in the Abu Dhabi office and in-house at a FMCG company in London.
