Melanie is a Senior Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department.
Melanie has substantial experience advising clients on a range of transactional and development matters, acting on behalf of institutional and private investors, REITs, landowners and developers. These matters include conditional land acquisitions and disposals, option agreements, joint ventures and development agreements. Melanie's particular focus is on residential led, mixed-use schemes and provides whole of project advice to ensure successful project delivery.
Most recently, Melanie has advised on the significant development of a 50 storey mixed-use building in Sydney comprising a hotel, rooftop bar and commercial offices.
