Melanie is a Senior Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department.

Melanie has substantial experience advising a diverse range of clients on a variety of transactional and development matters, acting on behalf of institutional and private investors, developers, housebuilders and registered providers. These matters include real estate acquisition and sales, transaction structuring, development regeneration, joint ventures and development agreements. Melanie's particular focus is on residential led, mixed-use schemes and provides whole of project advice to ensure successful project delivery.
