Joe assists Partners across the Real Estate department in all aspects of development work with a particular focus on residential housing for both public and private bodies.
Joe works with private developers, housing associations and local authorities to deliver residential housing accommodation across England. This work includes investigating title, drafting and negotiating developments agreements, golden brick and turnkey agreements, options, promotion agreements and overage deeds.
