Joe Holland
Joe is a real estate development solicitor specialising in affordable housing and regeneration matters.
He has experience acting for registered providers, local authorities, housebuilders and institutional investors across a broad range of real estate and development matters. Joe has a particular focus on 106 package acquisitions, development of additional units, joint ventures and advising on the structure of regeneration projects.
Joe regularly negotiates and advises on developments agreements, agreements conditional on planning, golden brick contracts, turnkey contracts, option agreements and leases along with planning and infrastructure matters such as s106, s38/278 and 104 agreements along with overseeing the completion process. As a result, Joe is able to advise on the full life cycle of a development project from initial advice regarding the structure of a particular development up to the sale or acquisition of the final plot.
