Jeni Hancock


Jeni joined Trowers & Hamlins as a Newly Qualified Solicitor in the property litigation team in October 2018.

Jeni has over 6 years' experience working in property litigation having worked at several regional South-West firms since graduating from Cardiff University with a 2.1 in 2011.

In 2017 Jeni qualified as a Legal Executive following which she embarked on the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Jeni was awarded the Best LPC Post Graduate Diploma Performance Award and cross-qualified following completion of the course in October 2018.

Jeni has experience of advising on both residential and commercial property disputes including dilapidations, break notices, lease renewals, issues relating to the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, residential tenancies and property issues relating to receiverships.

Jeni has acted for a range of property owner, including private clients to property investment trusts and companies. Regardless of the client, Jeni adopts a pragmatic approach with a view to resolving the dispute in the most cost effective manner.
