Edward is a Solicitor in the Projects and Construction team based in London.
Edward has non-contentious construction experience advising a variety of clients across a wide range of sectors.
Edward's experience includes drafting and negotiating amendments to various forms of building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and related transactional documents, as well as undertaking the construction due diligence for finance, real estate and corporate transactions. He has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors including the office, retail and industrial sectors.
