Joshua Green
Joshua advises a range of public and private bodies, Registered Providers of Social Housing and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) on investments in the real estate sector. In particular, he acts for clients directly investing into the affordable housing market.
In addition, he acts on various development and investment projects for buyers and sellers, including recently acting for a local authority on the acquisition of a disused office block and its redevelopment as affordable housing.
Joshua regularly supports development finance transactions, including re-financings and forward-funding schemes, acting for public and private investors in the residential sector.
He has experience of drafting legal documents including contracts, agreements for lease, development agreements and leases. He also conducts title due diligence work, including on large development sites.
