Azmina Fozdar

Azmina is a property litigator who acts for a variety of clients across the private, public, and social housing sectors on a broad range of property related disputes and has considerable commercial property transactional experience. Much of her work involves acting on commercial property disputes,  acting on disputed business tenancy renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, providing advice on boundary disputes and advising clients on property disputes protected under the telecommunications code.
