Alice Stripe
Alice advises on the full spectrum of intellectual property rights, with a focus on brand protection and all areas of the commercialisation of IP.
Alice works with clients across a broad range of sectors, including oil and gas, retail, hospitality, life sciences and technology. Alice has a particular focus on brand protection, strategy and the management of large international trade mark portfolios, including pre-filing advice, development and implementation of brand protection strategies and UK Intellectual Property Office disputes. Alice also regularly advises across all areas of non-contentious IP, including licensing, commercialisation, joint ventures, collaboration agreements, the IP aspects of M&A transactions and investments, and a wide range of commercial contracts.
Alice is an active member of the firm's technology sector focus and the collaboration with the Buy Women Built network (a network supporting female entrepreneurs). Alice has a regular slot lecturing for MBL on IP licensing and completed the Oxford IP Diploma in 2020.
