Cirklen is experienced in non-contentious construction matters across a variety of sectors and specialisms. Much of Cirklen's work involves industry standard building contracts, such as the JCT and NEC suites, bespoke development agreements, partnering and alliance contracts (such as the Term Alliance Contract (TAC-1), the Term Partnering Contract (TPC), and the Framework Alliance Contract (FAC-1)), professional consultant appointments, and ancillary construction documents (including licences, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees, and performance bonds). Cirklen also has knowledge of public procurement processes and contract management solutions. Cirklen has also been involved in projects relating to the remediation of non-ACM buildings as part of the Building Safety Act 2022, Passivhaus forward-funding developments, and regeneration development projects.
