Charlotte Andrews

Charlotte assists clients in a range of legal matters within the Private Wealth sphere. This includes UK Estate Administration, both simple and complex, Will drafting and estate planning advice, and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney. In addition, Charlotte specialises in Trust Administration including trust creation and termination, registration of taxable and non-taxable trusts, tax reporting on behalf of trustees, and ongoing administration of trusts established both on death and during a client's lifetime. Charlotte has completed her CPQ Advanced Qualification and will shortly be qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.
