Sarah Cross
Sarah is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Finance Security team having joined Trowers & Hamlins in July 2018 following 6 years previous experience in general commercial property and development.
Sarah specialises in real estate property finance, in particular advising borrowers on the property aspects of charging large portfolios of residential properties for bank lending, bond issues, refinancing and securitisation purposes. Sarah is experienced with the different types of stock (such as new build and older stock) and related requirements to ensure stock is acceptable as security and she is experienced in matters such as section 106 agreements and mortgagee exclusion provisions. Sarah also assists on due diligence aspects of large portfolio acquisitions.
