William Barakat
William is a Senior Associate in our International Corporate Department and is based in our Singapore office. He advises on corporate matters with a focus on inward investment into UK real estate.
Having spent the majority of his career working in London, William relocated to Singapore in 2024 and continues to act for a variety of clients including high-net-worth individuals, hotel owners, developers and institutional investors on work ranging from private company mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), joint ventures, company secretarial issues and corporate structuring. He also has a focus on the hospitality sector.
