Phoebe Beardshall

Phoebe is an Associate in the Projects and Construction department based in Exeter, with experience in non-contentious Construction. She assists on a range of non-contentious commercial construction matters for private and public developer clients. She has experience in assisting in the drafting and negotiating of key construction contracts and related documentation.

She has previously worked in the Real Estate (Investment and Development) team, the Construction Disputes team and the Travel and Tourism (Dispute Resolution) team.
