Iain Blackwell
Iain is a current third seat trainee within Trowers sitting in Property Litigation in London.
Iain's first seat was in the Real Estate Investment & Development team where he worked in the affordable housing and commercial property sectors acting for a variety of clients including various local authorities, affordable housing providers, and institutional investors.
Iain did his second seat in International Real Estate and Infrastructure working from our Abu Dhabi office. Iain assisted on a broad range of projects throughout the Middle East and beyond. The team spans a wide range of industries and sectors, including power, renewables, water, petrochemicals, industrial, transport, social infrastructure, and real estate development. Iain has also assisted the International Corporate team on various corporate commercial matters including framework agreements, master services agreements, supply agreements, barter agreements and SaaS agreements.
Iain has a background in Affordable Housing and securitisation, having worked in an Affordable Housing provider's securitisation team prior to his training contract.
