Greg Barton


Greg is an Associate in the Projects & Construction team in London. He specialises in advising and assisting public and private sector clients on non contentious construction matters.

His work spans the full duration of built‑environment projects, beginning with procurement strategy and continuing through contract negotiation and project implementation. Prior to joining the team, Greg spent 6 months with the firm's Public Procurement team, and he has experience working on a range of Public Procurement matters in the construction industry.

Greg has experience preparing and negotiating a wide spectrum of construction documentation, from building contracts and professional appointments to collateral warranties and security arrangements. His work spans significant regeneration, residential, office and infrastructure schemes.

Before qualifying into the team, Greg sat in the firm’s Construction Disputes department, supporting on a range of contentious construction matters across both the private and public sectors.
