Arslaan Mahmood

Arslaan is an Associate in the Corporate department based in Bahrain and is a UK-qualified lawyer specialising in company mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, equity capital markets and corporate structuring. He has acted on a range of transactions at an international law firm ranked in the top 20 in the UK before relocating to Bahrain in 2023. Arslaan is a key member of the Bahrain Corporate team, acting on many of the most significant transactions across Bahrain and the wider GCC.
