Tania is a Senior Associate in the international real estate team and is based is our Dubai office.
Tania has over 7 years of real estate experience across the Middle East and the UK and relocated to the Middle East in 2024. She has advised developers, landlords, tenants, government entities, and clients in the hotel, leisure, education and retail sectors. Her practice spans a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, development and construction projects, leasing, and real estate deal structuring.
In the UK, Tania developed particular expertise in advising national house builders and developers on residential and commercial development projects, including all aspects of residential-led brownfield site regeneration schemes, mixed-use developments, urban extensions, and projects involving agricultural and greenfield land. Her deep understanding of these complex projects allows her to provide comprehensive, strategic advice at every stage of the development process.
