Robyn Asbury


Robyn supports the Banking and Finance team across a wide range of funding transactions, particularly for social housing providers, including loan finance, private placements and bond issues.

Robyn has particular experience in managing conditions precedent and post-completion matters.

Robyn has gained recent experience assisting on the banking aspects of two large-scale bond issues for social housing providers, which includes the production of verification notes, drafting corporate authorities and other conditions precedent and co-ordinating the signing and closing process.

Robyn has also assisted on the banking aspects of a number of property-related acquisitions and is a key member of the team working with a Birmingham-based property developer on their loan note programme, loan facilities and related security.

Robyn is a future trainee solicitor with the firm.
