Robyn Asbury


Robyn is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Banking & Finance department.

Robyn has particular experience in real estate finance, acting on a wide range of finance transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including social housing providers, real estate investors and banks.

Robyn has advised on capital markets transactions, which more recently include two large-scale bond issues and a Euro Medium Term Note Programme for social housing providers. She also works more widely on all aspects of borrower clients' loan portfolios, providing assistance with mergers, refinancing and the negotiation of new loan agreements. Robyn assists lender clients with a variety of transactions, including development finance and, more recently, steps following a borrower default. 

Robyn also provides Banking support to other departments, such as Real Estate and Corporate, which includes acquisition finance and security work.
