Khalifa AlKhalifa


Khalifa is an Associate in the Trowers & Hamlins International Banking and Finance team based in our Bahrain office. 

Khalifa is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, having completed his training at a London law firm. He has recently joined Trowers and is supporting the firm's International Banking and Finance practice, particularly in the GCC.

Khalifa graduated from SOAS, University of London with an LLB (Distinction) and the London Schools of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with an LLM in Banking Law and Financial Regulation (Distinction).

Khalifa has experience working for both lender and borrower clients on a range of financing transactions, including real estate finance, corporate lending, bilateral and syndicated lending and acquisition finance.
