Gemma is a Senior Paralegal in our Real Estate Finance Security team.

Gemma specialises in the property aspects of the charging, acquisition and disposal of large property portfolios including title and property search due diligence, assisting in preparation of certificates of titles and reports on title and preparing and dealing with Land Registry applications along with post completion formalities. Gemma has experience in commercial property, banking and finance, in particular with secured lending and receivership/trustee in bankruptcy dispositions. Gemma has acted on the sale of numerous disposals of newly completed residential properties and she has also assisted on numerous matters with offshore lenders securing their loan over commercial and residential properties.
