Trowers to phase in flexible hybrid working policy
The firm are implementing changes to their working practices in response to feedback received from a series of staff surveys and consultations that have been carried out throughout the pandemic, with the aim of providing freedom and flexibility to individuals to make their own decisions about where they work.
Senior Partner, Sara Bailey said:
"Our new working policy takes into account feedback from across the business through ongoing staff surveys and consultation processes, which show that there is an appetite for flexible working.
We are shaping our working environment to provide a holistic blend of remote and office working that will allow for greater flexibility for agile working, whilst still giving people the opportunity for the desired in-person collaboration across our teams and with our clients."
The firm's hybrid agile working policy will be phased in, following the easing of the pandemic restrictions and in line with official social distancing guidance.
