Top 40 law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Blake Envelopes on the purchase of the entire issued share capital of All Colour Envelopes Limited, a company that supplies and prints high-quality envelopes and offers over 45 ranges including coloured envelopes, padded bubble bags and business envelopes.
Blake Envelopes, based in Yeovil, Somerset, are market leaders in the world of envelopes and postal packaging, distributing to over 45 countries worldwide and sell over two billion products a year.
All Colour Envelopes Limited will continue to operate as a separate business but will sit within the Blake Group.
The deal completed with accountancy advice from Old Mill Accountancy LLP.
Corporate Partner, Stuart Mathews, led the Trowers team, comprising lawyers from multiple specialisms including Employment, Real Estate and Commercial Departments. Stuart commented:
