International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Denis Brinicombe Group Limited on the purchase of the entire issued share capital of Rumbol Products Limited, a family manufacturing business based in Clydebank, Scotland who specialise in the production of single entity, sustained release trace element and vitamin ruminant boluses.
Denis Brinicombe Group Limited, based in Crediton, Devon, are market leaders in providing innovative animal health and nutrition solutions and continues its dynamic offering to farmers, manufacturers, and the merchant trade across the globe.
Rumbol Products Limited has a successful track record stretching back over 30 years and has sold almost 35 million boluses globally.
While Denis Brinicombe Group Limited is now the parent company, Rumbol Products Limited will continue to operate as a standalone subsidiary to the group and production will continue at Rumbol Products Limited's current Clydebank factory.
