International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has recruited partner Nick Watson to its international corporate team in Oman.
Nick is a corporate and capital markets lawyer with 25 years' experience advising clients on cross border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and equity capital markets transactions.
Nick spent a decade working in the Middle East while based in the UAE where he was a partner in another international law firm, having spent the first part of his career in London. Nick now joins the Trowers team after a period as a legal consultant to Goldman Sachs.
He has advised leading regional and international clients in a range of industry sectors including, financial institutions, telecoms, e-commerce, industrial, aviation, petrochemicals and FMCG.
