Top 40 law firm Trowers & Hamlins has strengthened the national presence of its Real Estate Finance Security Team with the promotion of Exeter-based Hannah Jackson to Partner and the creation of its Birmingham branch with the hire of Senior Associate Natalie Owen.

Hannah has more than 14 years' experience in the real estate sector and is a trusted adviser to a range of registered providers, institutional investors and Real Estate Investment Trusts, advising them on complex large scale residential portfolio funding and acquisition projects.

Natalie joins the firm as senior associate from Wright Hassall, where she specialised in portfolio funding for Registered Providers, property acquisition and development.
