The learning and development team at top 40 law firm Trowers & Hamlins won two out of the seven prizes on offer at the prestigious Legal Education & Training Group (LETG) national awards in London on the 11th July 2019.

Learning and development officer, Sarah Rudkin won 'Best Individual Contribution' for her all-round performance and development of mentoring of Trowers.

Head of learning and development John Worrall and team, Bhavika Sachania, Sarah Rudkin and Suzy Jennings, also won the 'Learning and Development Team of the Year' award. The LETG recognised in particular the firm's commitment to and development of apprentices.

The LETG is committed to identifying, developing and promoting best practice in legal training and development, and representing the interests of its members in ensuring quality in legal education, and appropriateness of the regulation of legal education and training to the profession’s needs.
