On Tuesday 5 May, we continued our exploration of the emerging challenges employers are facing as artificial intelligence tools become more widely used in the workplace, particularly the impact on employee grievances.

In this part 2 session, we took a deeper look at how employers are responding in practice to AI‑generated grievances. We revisited the challenges posed by longer, more complex and legally framed submissions, and considered how to manage risk around process, confidentiality and data handling
