On Thursday 5 June we hosted a lively debate on the impact of Restructuring Plans 5 on from their introduction.
The expert panel drew on their experiences over the last 5 years including the Restructuring Plans they had been involved in such as Cineworld and Madagascar Oil.
The session considered how Restructuring Plans had matured over the 5 years since their introduction, including current trends and what had changed from the earliest plans. We also looked ahead to the next 5 years and discussed increased case management and the approach of creditors when challenging a proposed plan.
