A round-up of our June ‘Summer of Inclusivity’ series, featuring an engaging lineup of inclusion-focused topics.

Across the four sessions, we shared legal insights and thought leadership on how employers can meaningfully support their employees and create an inclusive workplace culture. We were also joined by a number of fantastic guest speakers, who contributed valuable expertise and practical experience throughout the series.

The EDI landscape in 2025

For our first session, we took a deep dive into 'The EDI landscape in 2025' and the key trends and developments shaping workplaces everywhere. With the first half of the year seeing lots of political and media noise around EDI, many employers have been unsure about what their strategy should be looking forwards and where to focus their attention.

Women's health and wellbeing

We discussed practical steps that can be taken across a range of areas (such as menopause, fertility, caring responsibilities, neurodiversity, stress and burnout) to empower women at every stage of their life and career journeys in a meaningful way.

Multigenerational workplaces

We discussed practical steps that employers can take across a range of areas (including recruitment, working practices, and reward) to attract and support employees at different stages of their life and career journeys.

Social mobility

We rounded off the series with a session discussing social mobility. We discussed tips and strategies for employers who are looking to address workplace imbalances, attract and nurture diverse talent, and support employees from different backgrounds in a meaningful way.
