In our second session after our summer break, we covered all things about atypical contracts with an open invitation to ask us any questions about fixed term, secondment and casual contracts.

Such contracts are seen by many as a useful tool offering a level of flexibility that ''traditional'' employment arrangements don’t. The nature of these arrangements can however lead to employers facing issues and queries that are unchartered territory, such as the risk of falling within IR35. We explored these arrangements and how employers of the future can maximise atypical contracts to their full potential.
