Webinar: Collaborative working for care providers

Share

Even before the arrival of Covid-19 the care sector was a tough operating environment with reducing budgets, increased regulation and issues retaining staff. In the last 12 months care providers have been placed under unprecedented strain fighting on the front line against the pandemic.

In this webinar discussion with members from the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG) we looked at various ways in which care providers can work together, what the reasons are for doing so and the advantages of collaborating.

Our partners Richard St John Williams and Ian Davis discussed a range of options of working together and their associated benefits, and Jo Land, Group Chief Executive at Avenues Trust Group provided an insight into Avenues Trust Group's extensive experiences of collaborative working. The session was chaired by our partner Emma Burrows.
