Many organisations are seeking to find ways to actively promote a more inclusive workforce, particularly at senior level, embracing the fact that more diverse organisations make better decisions and representative leadership is business critical.
We were joined by Olu Olanrewaju from Altair Ltd and Chyrel Brown, One Housing. Olu was instrumental in setting up Leadership 2025, a leadership programme established to support and empower BME senior professionals to become leaders of the future in the housing sector. Chyrel is an alumna of the leadership programme and now Chief Operating Officer of One Housing.
