For £550 + VAT and travel expenses, we provide a half day training session using interactive training tools to give you a sound working knowledge of TUPE, the latest trends on TUPE, and Trowers' Top Tips on tricky TUPE scenarios.
We can check your standard documents or let you have standard documents to manage TUPE information and consultation for a fixed fee of £450 + VAT.

What is contractual?
Which terms and conditions or policies and procedures can you change? Our charge to advise on what is and is not contractual is a capped fee of £750 + VAT
We provide a helpline service to employers on TUPE related issues on any given transaction or project to enable you to ask questions throughout the transfer. This is subject to quotation.
We can support you with advice on the contract either on a light touch basis or giving you full legal support with the negotiations. This is also subject to quotation
We can advise on equal pay liabilities, restructures, trade union recognition and changes to pensions and terms and conditions. We advise on what you can do while limiting your TUPE risk.
